Agreements from restorative conferences are not worth the paper they're written on without a firm accountability structure around them. In fact, poor conference follow-up risks further damaging relationships and student faith in behaviour management processes.
This half-day with trained conference facilitators on post-conference follow-up incorporates:

-
Creating well-written conference agreements that keep students accountable
-
managing conference agreements and relationships between students through review processes
-
planning and conducting agreement review meetings (check-ins) with students
-
handling broken agreements (balancing consequential and restorative responses when conference agreement terms are breached)
-
Documenting agreement review meetings
-
communicating appropriate agreement content with teachers and parents
