A Workshop for Teachers, Parents and School Support Staff

This highly sought after workshop can be a full-day workshop or can be adapted to run over 2x2 hour sessions.

This workshop describes three common but largely misunderstood specific learning disabilities that affect many students: dyslexia (reading and spelling), dysgraphia (writing output, spelling and written expression) and dyscalculia (mathematics).

Bill explains how these conditions affect students' ability to learn, provides early warning signs, explains what students with these challenges require from their school regarding high-quality teaching, and explains what classroom teachers can and can't do to meet the needs of young people with these specific learning disabilities.
Most importantly, Bill communicates to participants how it feels to live with these conditions.

This workshop is a game-changer for teachers and the students they work with.
